Rhydian Blackwell

Lead Financial Educator

Rhydian spent twelve years in corporate finance before realizing most small businesses needed something completely different from what big companies use. He started glameraeonix in 2019 after helping a friend's bakery sort out their supplier costs—and discovering how much clearer financial decisions become when you remove the technical language.

These days, he splits time between one-on-one consultations and developing our learning programs. He's particularly interested in how seasonal businesses manage cash flow, which probably comes from growing up in a family that ran a garden center.
